The use of Rimonabant as a treatment to aid obesity is receiving much interest within its users and dieticians as well. This reduces the risk of cardiovascular heart diseases and diabetes. Its developers Sanofi-Aventis claim that it is also found effective in assisting smokers to quit smoking. They are currently researching to determine the possible value of Rimonabant in smoking cessation therapy. It was actually found that smokers often experience extreme hunger pangs and it has been found that Endocannabinoid system plays a critical role in bodys response to tobacco dependence. Hence they claim that by inhibiting the factors responsible for activating the Endocannabinoid system, one can not only shed off extra fats but also quit smoking. Though there is no wonder drug to deal with Obesity, but Acomplia can show some wonderful results if used properly on a regular basis.
